How are your products packaged for shipment?

All products are shipped in a bubble-wrapped envelope ensuring protection during shipment.

What if my address was wrong?

If you enter the wrong address, please email us a support@culturerichworld.com as soon as you realize. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make changes to your shipping details, however we will always try if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please take extra care when inputting your delivery details as we are unable to resend items which have been sent to the wrong address, and in many cases unable to change delivery details. 

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If the mail service loses your package, we will launch an investigation by filing a claim with the appropriate courier. The results of the claim will determine the next course of action.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary and are influenced by a variety of factors including; package weight, destination, courier, etc. We do however work to minimize the cost as much as possible while still providing tracking with every order.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally to almost any country in the world across, North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Sorry if you live in Antarctica :-)

Shipping couriers and delivery times will vary.

How quickly can I get my hands on what I just ordered?

Shipping times vary and are determined by different couriers. We strive to work with couriers that offer between 2 and 7 business days. Please note that shipping times are also influenced by your shipping destination, weather, customs clearance, pandemic restrictions etc.

Also allow for an initial processing time of 3-5 business days.  

Please contact us at support@culturerichworld.com if you have not received your package within a reasonable time. Include your order number in the subject line.

What's the difference between Processing Time vs Shipping Time?

Please note that processing time (3-5 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 3-5 business days to be fully processed. Processing is where we review your order, package it and prepare it for pickup by the shipping courier.

After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. At this time you will receive an email with your online tracking information. Shipping time is how long it takes the shipping courier to deliver your package to your destination.

In very rare instances, processing time may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and hope for your understanding and patience during such events.

Is there tracking available for my package?

Yes, once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation that will have a link that allows you to track your package at all times.

Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for any customs charges and import taxes applied to your order. All such fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). In some cases, as required by law, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs and/or duty fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot determine the charges since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions.
